Famliy Woes

so my story, just like everyone elses that has left, is one of confusion , hurt, and lots of mixed emotions, .

i was raised a witness, and at the age of 20ish bent to pressure from the elders and got baptised, my heart was never in it, not even as a child, it was more jsut the motions of it, because thats what you were taught your whole life to do.

about a year after being baptised, i met a a young lady that opened my eyes, while she wasnt in my life long, (dont blame her, i had a lot to deal with , family, elders, etc) she was my saving grace, in the "truth" i was depressive, lonely, :( .

The BBC reported this evening on a live hook up with an american congressman that the reason he was buried at sea wasnt because they repected his religious beliefs, it was to prevent a shrine being built for him. Just saying...........

PS MR F...........the JWs sorta talked me into breaking ALL MY DIO CDS years ago as they were satanic and also as you well know, DIO means GOD, and they told me this was disrespectful to Jehovah, I still remember crying like a baby while breaking them.......hubby looked at me like I was nuts and asked why....I said....I HAVE TOO! THEY ARE EVIL!!!!!

AHA.....actually, all the new ones I have are perfect and scratch free.....sorted!!!!!!!

HOLY HELL MR F......your my new bf! Was blasting out Holy Diver, Rainbow in the dark, and Egypt (chains are on) just yesterday!!!! Last in line is also one of my favs.............WOWSERS!!!!!

Many say I shouldnt be listening to this at my age and to grow up (Im 40).....I say....bugger off. Ronnie for me was one of a kind...........so powerful, and the lyrics are so emotive and expressive.................will watch that link with relish....MUCH OBLIGED!!!!
